6 Strengthening Exercises for a Happy Knee

At Kinima Physio in West Leederville and Gwelup, we frequently guide clients through knee strengthening programs. Our physiotherapists focus on proper technique, progressive load, and individualised exercises to improve knee stability, function, and comfort, helping you stay active and reduce the risk of injury.
